How to Deposit
In order to make a deposit on Gratorama and start playing for real money, you first need to register and open an account. Luckily, it’s super easy and quick. Just follow these six simple steps:
CASHOUT POLICY
Gratorama makes every effort to ensure that your cash-out request is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Cash-out requests must be made via the cash-out section at the Cashier or by clicking the "cash-out" button at the bottom left-hand side of the screen.
You cannot cash out any winnings before making at least one deposit.
You cannot cash out before you have met the minimum bonus wagering requirements.
There are no fees charged for any of our cash-out services; however, your bank or payment processor may levy a fee to process your cash-out.
The minimum cash-out amount is €10 and the minimum wire transfer cash-out is €50.
The minimum cashout for all non-EU countries is €200.
Any cash-outs greater than €200 require verification procedures: proof of identity, age, and place of residency. However, we reserve the right to require verification for any cash-out amount or in any case of suspicion.
The default withdrawal limit is fixed to €500 within one month period (not applicable for Entry level)
The amount of payout is dependent on the VIP level reached and the accumulated points for the respective month based on real money bets for the period. See the table below:

*The maximum withdrawal amount cannot be greater than the one mentioned in the table, regardless of the number of accumulated points. To attain the maximum amount one or more withdrawal requests may be made.

The accumulation of points starts at the beginning of each month. If not used within the respective month, the previously collected points will be automatically reset.
In order to cancel a cash-out request, click on the ‘cash-out’ button located at the bottom left-hand side of your screen. You will see your cash-out request if it is still pending approval. Click on ‘Cancel cash-out’ to return your funds to your account balance.
Your cash-out history can be viewed within the "Transaction History" - accessible from the Cashier section of your main menu. There you will find a complete list of all your cash-out requests - both those that have been processed, as well as those you have cancelled. After 2 business days the status of your cash-out request will change to its final status (Either "Approved" or "Failed") and you will no longer be able to cancel the request.
You will be notified by email once processing has been completed and the funds have been transferred.
It may take additional time for your credit card or payment service provider to post your cash-out funds to your account. Please note that some third-party delays may happen in rare cases and are beyond our control.

Fund withdrawal
Congratulations! You’ve won money and wish to cash out your winnings. We’ll make every effort to process your request as quickly as we can.
To withdraw your winnings, please follow the steps below:
You can get your money in the following ways:
1. Credit Card (Visa only)
This is the default cash-out solution to any customer that has made payments with his/her Visa card. Cashing out your winnings to the Visa card used upon your deposit is the fastest and safest way to reclaim your winnings on Gratorama.
Please note that due to a technical limitation set by the Visa credit card company we can only issue Visa payments up to the total sum of deposits already made by the customer.
For example:
A customer deposits $20 / €20 / £20 with his Visa card.
The customer then wins a few bets on Gratorama and decides to request a cash-out of $100 / €100 / £100 on the Cashier.
We can only issue a Visa refund of up to $20 / €20 / £20 (which is the original deposit).
The customer is then requested to choose an alternative payment method to receive the remainder of his winnings.
2. Wire Transfer
We can also issue your payment via direct wire transfer to your bank account. To get a direct wire transfer please send us the following information:

Please note that the minimum allowed amount to cash out via Wire Transfer is €/$/£ 50 (500 kr).
Wire Transfer is a recommended form of cash-out for anybody who deposited via any type of direct banking (Giropay, iDeal, Sofort etc.).

Reversing your cash-out
Cash-out requests can be cancelled and returned to your account during the time it takes for their approval. Once a Cash-out is approved, it may no longer be reversed.

How to use Interac Online Gratorama’s page will redirect you to the InteracOnline gateway page when you choose InteracOnline as your payment method - prompting you to select your financial institution.
Log in to the relevant online banking and select the account you want to pay from (you will be prompted to confirm the payment amount).
Upon confirmation of your payment through your financial institution’s secure online banking, you will be returned to the Gratorama’s checkout confirmation page, where your payment will be processed.
Interac Efransfer
The Interac e-Transfer Interac e-Transfer is a fast, secure and convenient way to send money to anyone in Canada from within the security of your online banking service. It uses email or text messaging for fast notification to the recipient that a transfer has been sent, while the participating financial institutions transfer the funds using established and secure banking procedures.
How to use Interac e-Transfer Exact instructions will vary by participating financial institution. Once you are logged in to your online bank account, navigate to the section for Interac e-Transfer and simply follow their instructions to add a recipient and start sending money.
Access the ‘cashier’ section from the Winspark platform and choose 'Deposit'.

Identity Confirmation
You may be required to verify your identity by submitting copies of your personal documents before you can withdraw from your account. This is a once-off process serving as preventative measure against potential online fraud.

Why do I need to send in my documents?

How are documents kept secure once they have been uploaded?
Documents are stored electronically in a secure environment with highly restricted
access.
Which type of documents might I be required to send?
You may be requested to send some or all of the following documents:
1. A copy of your ID photo either your Passport, Driver’s License or National ID card - ensuring that all details, including your name, expiry date, photograph and signature are visible on the document.
2. A copy of your credit card(s): a copy of the front and back of the credit card you use as a payment method. You should block the middle eight numbers on the front of the card, and the 3 digit security code on the back of the card copy.
3. Proof of address: This may be a utility bill or a credit card statement. It should be a recent document (not older than 6 months), showing your full name at the address registered on your account. If you provide a credit card statement, make sure you blank out the middle eight numbers of the credit card number.
4. Notarized documentation: ‘Notarized’ is considered a certified document which is dated, signed and stamped by a Public Notary.
How and where do I send these documents?

We recommend you to use a digital camera or a mobile phone to take pictures of the required documents and to save each document as a separate JPEG file. Please, also ensure that the quality of the photos taken is good enough, so all details are clear and readable, allowing us to verify your details without unnecessary delays.
